Looking at the weather you guys have got up there will you have got the snow clear by then?

Seriously guys, I hope you all stay safe and that it clears for you soon, so you can get back to normal.

Thanks for the replies chaps. I'm attempting to convince SWMBO that floorspace in the lounge should be rented out ay 50p per night and at that rate I could possibly scrape enough for a pint in the two weeks :-D but she's gone and invited that Tom chap and his new girlfriend so there might be a fight for the bathroom in the mornings. I'll keep on at her...

Well, there's absolutely no snow here Pete. There's a band about 8-10 miles inland from the coast and we seldom get more than a few inches that lies for more than a day. Of course, 15 miles down the road at Keith is a different story. Although the A96 was closed occasionally, it was passable most of the day and our 'lectrickery supplies are fine. The weather will be better by mid April but it can still be farking cold. Wind chill you know - had brain freeze today on my lunchtime saunter

Well I'll be over at some point, I'll give you a shout when I'm heading that way.

Providing I can find my maps again... hint hint

And no I'm not bring the new camera! Not unless you're going to lend me the 100-400mm
